Introduction These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel, retreats, events, and experiences offered by NRG (Aligned Core NRG). By booking or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking Contract A booking becomes effective once NRG receives the required deposit and issues written confirmation. The Primary Client accepts these Terms on behalf of all participants.
2. Payment & Pricing Deposits are required at booking. Full payment must be received by the stated due date. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may be adjusted due to external cost changes.
3. Cancellations & Refunds All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees vary by event and timing and may result in forfeiture of deposits or full payment.
4. Changes to Bookings NRG reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary changes. Clients may request changes subject to availability and administrative fees.
5. Travel Documentation Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required documentation. NRG is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions.
6. Health & Fitness Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation. NRG does not provide medical advice and recommends travel insurance.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release Participation involves inherent risks. NRG is not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damages beyond its direct control.
8. Conduct NRG reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
9. Unused Services No refunds will be issued for unused services due to voluntary changes or early departure.
10. Travel Insurance Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
11. Privacy Personal data is handled in accordance with NRG’s Privacy Policy at www.alignedcorenrg.com.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable state jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance By booking, paying and/or participating in any offering with NRG, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
